Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we receive your name, email address and project details. You may also provide a phone number, company or organization name, project type, budget range, timeline and attachments such as briefs or references. Only send files you are entitled to share.

We also receive the information you choose to share in email or WhatsApp communications. For authorized account users, Supabase handles account email addresses, sign-in credentials and session information.

How we use information

We use inquiry details and attachments to understand your request, assess whether the project is suitable, clarify requirements and communicate with you. If a project proceeds, relevant information may be used to manage that work. Inquiry details are not intended for public display.

Account information is used to authenticate authorized users and control access to the content they are permitted to manage.

Website services and external providers

Supabase provides the database, file storage and authentication used by the website. Netlify hosts the public website, Cloudflare provides domain/DNS services, and development previews may be hosted on Vercel. These providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect their services.

Google Fonts supplies typography, and jsDelivr supplies the browser library used for the backend connection. Loading these resources involves requests to those providers, which may receive your IP address and browser information. Providers may process information outside your country.

WhatsApp contact links open a service operated by Meta. Messages sent there are handled under WhatsApp's own policies; automated assistance may be used in that conversation. Email and other external links are also subject to the relevant provider's practices. Those services are separate from this website.

Browser storage and tracking

The website uses browser session storage to remember whether its loading screen has already appeared during your visit. Authorized sign-in sessions use local browser storage through Supabase. Clearing browser storage can reset these preferences or sign you out.

The website's current functionality does not include advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Hosting and infrastructure providers may still maintain operational or security logs.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the inquiry, any resulting project and any applicable recordkeeping needs. We do not specify an automatic deletion deadline for all records. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or request its deletion.

We use authenticated access and database permissions to restrict access to submitted information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in a general inquiry.

Your requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or ask us to stop using it for an inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some information may need to be retained for an ongoing project or applicable obligations.

We may update this policy when the website or its information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
